Forum Ogrodnicze Oaza

Basically I have this yard and no tools or experience. I need some recommendations regarding what tools (lawnmower?) to buy that are cheap, but not too cheap as they have to deal with the worst garden in the area.

Bonus for something I can use to get the weeds off my drive, but I can probably do that with just a pair of gloves.
